Jerusalem's Good Friday procession

Apr 10 - Hundreds of Christians walk along the Via Dolorosa in the Old City of Jerusalem for the Good Friday procession.

The procession retraces the route that Christians believe Jesus took to his crucifixion.

Pilgrims stopped along the way at the stations of the Via Dolorosa, where they believe Jesus rested on the way to Calvary.

Good Friday is the Holy day on which the annual commemoration of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ is observed.
