Zanzibar malaria down to 1 percent
Apr. 25 - The islands of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania have tried to eliminate malaria twice before, in the 1950s and 80s.
Both attempts failed, but they're trying again - and this time, they've managed to reduce infection rates from over 50 perent to just 1 percent.
