Obama: I'm in

Feb. 10 - Democratic Senator Barack Obama has launched his presidential campaign.

Citing the legacy of Abraham Lincoln, Obama pledged to "build a more hopeful America." Obama also said he would try to bridge partisan gridlock in Washington and end the war in Iraq.

Obama acknowledged the questions about his inexperience, but said he could bring a fresh perspective to U.S. politics.
