ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Vlogger QPark carried out a social media experiment filming reactions to him wearing a romper in New York City on Friday June 2nd. QPark told Reuters he had made the video because he had noticed a huge negative backlash to this fashion trend. "I don't personally wear rompers but I am the type of person who likes to test stereotypes and social norms. I believe that people should have the courage to be themselves and want to show that you shouldn't let superficial judgment affect how you live your life or the choices you make. I was expecting a lot of negativity but was really pleasantly surprised by the reception while I wore 'the romper'," he added. He spent 10 hours walking around three neighborhoods: Washington Heights, Harlem and Times Square receiving different reactions. QPark, who graduated from Yale with a degree in Economics, after years in the industry, suddenly decided to start a career in social media. He has over three million followers.
