YAMAURA CORP:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 18,300 million yen from 17,900 million yen for FY ending Sep. 2015.Operating profit forecast increased to 1,190 million yen from 780 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 1,270 million yen from 790 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 635 million yen from 395 million yen.Earnings per share increased to 31.92 yen from 20.23 yen.Comments the costs reduction is the main reason for the forecast.

YAMAURA CORP:Says the company raised the consolidated full-year outlook for the FY ending Sep. 2014.Revenue forecast increased to 18,500 million yen from 17,000 million yen.Operating profit forecast increased to 800 million yen from 660 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 830 million yen from 685 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 420 million yen from 300 million yen.Earnings per share forecast increased to 21.56 yen from 15.09 yen.Comments that amount of received orders higher than expected and effective cost control are the main reasons for the forecast.

Yamaura Corporation Amends Consolidated Mid-year and Full-year Outlook for FY 2012

Yamaura Corporation announced that it has raised its consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue from JPY 8,500 million to JPY 9,123 million, operating profit from JPY 250 million to JPY 516 million, ordinary profit from JPY 280 million to JPY 544 million, but lowered the net profit from JPY 160 million to JPY 21 million and earning per share from JPY 7.83 to JPY 1.04, for the fiscal year ending September 2012. In addition, the Company has maintained its consolidated full-year outlook for revenue of JPY 18,500 million, but raised the outlook for operating profit from JPY 500 million to JPY 700 million and ordinary profit from JPY 550 million to JPY 750 million, lowered the outlook for net profit from JPY 300 million to JPY 100 million and earning per share from JPY 14.68 to JPY 4.89, for the fiscal year ending September 2012. The Company raised the outlook due to the increased sales and the cost reduction, and lowered the net profit outlook due to the retirement payment cost.

Yamaura Corporation Announces Settlement of Lawsuit

Yamaura Corporation announced that the settlement has been made on the lawsuit, which three individuals filed against the Company on July 1, 2015, demanding the payment of JPY 367,652,979 and related delay damages to every individual from the Company due to the flaw of foundation works in a building which the Company constructed. As the settlement from Supreme Court of Japan, the Company was ordered to pay the three individuals JPY 392,872,118 and related interest respectively.

Yamaura Corporation Announces Outcome of Appeal

Yamaura Corporation announced that Tokyo High District as rejected the Company's appeal against a previous judgment made by Nagano District Court. The Company disclosed the judgment of the lawsuit previously on September 2, 2011.
