NOHMI BOSAI LTD:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 38,150 million yen from 38,500 million yen for the fiscal year ending March 2015.Sees an increased operating profit forecast to 3,000 million yen from 1,800 million yen.Sees an increased ordinary profit forecast to 3,100 million yen from 1,900 million yen.Sees an increased net profit forecast to 1,900 million yen from 1,150 million yen.Sees an increased earnings per share to 31.51 yen from 19.07 yen.Comments the decreased sales income of subsidiary, as well as the decreased cost price and sales and administrative expenses are the main reasons for the forecast.
NOHMI BOSAI LTD:To pay year-end dividend of 10 yen per share, above the latest dividend forecast of 7.5 yen per share, for fiscal year 2014.Record date March 31 and effective date June 26.

NOHMI BOSAI LTD announced that it has lowered the consolidated mid-year forecast for revenue from JPY 38,500 million to JPY 38,000 million but raised the forecast for operating profit from JPY 900 million to JPY 1,700 million, ordinary profit from JPY 1,000 million to JPY 1,850 million, net profit from JPY 500 million to JPY 1,100 million and earning per share from JPY 8.29 to JPY 18.24 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2014. The Company amended the consolidated mid-year outlook due to decreased sales and decreased cost.
