Dec 5 (Reuters) - ESPEC CORP <6859.T> ::Says its US-based unit ESPEC NORTH AMERICA INC plans to merge with co's another US-based unit QUALMARK CORPORATION, effective on Jan. 1, 2018.Says the unit QUALMARK CORPORATION will be dissolved after transaction .
ESPEC CORP:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 39,035 mln yen from 35,000 mln yen for FY ended March 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 3,521 mln yen from 2,800 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 3,570 mln yen from 3,000 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 2,410 mln yen from 2,100 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 104.75 yen from 90.91 yen.Comments good performance in equipment business and automobile market is the main reason for the forecast.It raised year-end dividend forecast to 23 yen per share from 19 yen per share for FY ended March 2016.
