JAMCO CORP:Holds a 75 pct stake in Singapore Jamco, by completed acquisition of 45 pct stake in Singapore Jamco.Singapore Jamco Pte Ltd changed name to Jamco Singapore after this.Jamco Singapore transferred aircraft maintenance business to a newly set up joint venture Singapore Jamco Services.Sia Engineering and the company holds an 80 pct stake and a 20 pct stake in Singapore Jamco Services respectively.
