Deutsche Bank fails Fed stress test

Deutsche Bank's U.S. subsidiary has failed the second part of the U.S. Federal Reserve's annual stress tests due to "widespread and critical deficiencies" in its capital planning controls. As Ciara Lee reports, it may mean the bank will not be able to make any distributions to its German parent without Fed approval, and could potentially result in it further paring back its U.S. operations.
