Icicles could be seen dripping from a wooden residential house in the Russian city of Ufa in footage released on Tuesday (January 10) by the regional emergencies ministry, after firefighters tackled a blaze there in sub-zero temperatures. At least four people died in the fire, which erupted in the wooden home in Russia's Bashkortostan region on Sunday (January 8).
